  • We’re not a warehouse. Our tech and logistics let you trade locally or at scale, without a middleman or unnecessary storage.

  • Whether you’re a seller or a buyer, you can request to join through our website. Our team will connect with you to understand your needs and get you set up.

Pricing, Payment & Value

  • Harvesters set their own prices, informed by market intelligence. There are no forced markdowns or hidden markups; producers are in control.

  • No. Our model simplifies the supply chain, so buyers get fresher product, faster, and at fair prices.

  • Producers funds are released weekly, and we’re moving towards instant release on delivery; no chasing invoices, no delays.

  • We charge a transparent service fee to cover coordination, tech, and support, reinvesting into building a better system.

  • Our model is different. Your order is packed by the producer and delivered directly to your door, usually within 48 hours. While wholesalers may not list shipping as a separate charge, those costs are always built into their prices. We keep things transparent, so you see exactly what you’re paying for: fresh, direct-from-source produce and fast, reliable delivery of exactly what you ordered.

Sustainability, Traceability & Standards

  • No. What matters is your intent, transparency, and continuous improvement. We offer guidance if you’re just starting out.

  • Buyers see who produced the food, where, when, and how. We capture this data at the point of harvest, not through a warehouse or third party.

  • We use a sustainability framework built with producers and, where possible, verified by third parties. You’ll be asked about your practices during onboarding and provide updates each year.

Logistics & Fulfilment

  • No! We provide flexible, low-touch fulfilment, door-to-door.

  • Of course! You can sell as little as a few kilos. The platform scales from small to large volumes.

  • We’ll work with you to make fulfilment viable. Our model unlocks regions that wholesalers won’t service.

  • We coordinate professional cold-chain providers and time orders around harvest and pickup to ensure maximum freshness and minimal handling.

Tech & Support

  • Yes, HarvestStack is currently an app, available on Android and iPhone. If enough of you ask nicely, a browser-based platform may come in the future.

  • Yes! Our team supports setup, onboarding, and ongoing problem-solving.

  • Buyers in supported regions can be onboarded immediately. For producers, onboarding depends on location and a few other factors, but we move quickly.

  • Absolutely not. The platform is designed by farmers, fishers and chefs with simplicity and speed in mind.
